Alison Bailin Batz

Alison Bailin Batz, better known as @ABSeesItAll online, is a veteran public relations executive at the award-winning HMA Public Relations who began freelance writing as a hobby in 2007. One story turned to two, and two to about 2,000. Today, she is a contributor on all things luxury travel, wine, food, and spirits across Arizona and beyond in addition to serving as director of client service at her firm (and volunteering in the kitten ICU at the Humane Society). Alison’s aim in life is best summed up by her social handle as “AB” truly does want to “see it all.” Then she wants to share it all with you.

Christina Barrueta

Christina Barrueta is an Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame writer, Contributing Editor for The Tasting Panel and The SOMM Journal, and a regular contributor for “a taste of az”. Her work has appeared in outlets such as Time Out, Men’s Health, Phoenix Home & Garden, and PHOENIX magazine. She is the author of Arizona Wine: A History of Perseverance and Passion and Phoenix Cooks, with her third book, Pheonix Eats and Drinks to be published in the fall of 2025. She shares her work across social media as @WriteOnRubee, with her Instagram awarded 2024 Best Food Feed by AZ Foothills.

Marcella Symington

Marcella (Marci) Symington relocated from Texas to Arizona to pursue an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and now calls Arizona her home. A former CPA, she made the leap to the culinary world, obtaining a degree in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Restaurant Management from Arizona Culinary Institute. Marci writes about the Arizona food and beverage scene on her blog, TEXAZTASTE, and contributes to “a taste of az” magazine, sharing her passion for the culinary arts. When she’s not writing, she love hiking Arizona’s beautiful trails with her husband and their English Cocker Spaniel, Ozy.
