Philip R. Pryde
Dr. Philip Pryde is a Professor Emeritus at San Diego State University, where he taught courses in environmental policy for 32 years. His specialties were water and energy resources, and land use planning. He has authored six books and over a hundred published papers, has been a Fulbright Research Scholar, and is the recipient of a national distinguished teaching award. He has lectured locally on a variety of topics, including the effects of global climate change in the San Diego area.
